Natlija Karuzo

Natlija Karuzo is a Colombian national and the wife of Professor Beltran, who was recently detained along with her family while attempting to enter Serbia. They were on their way to participate in a congress in Novi Sad when Serbian authorities held them for over 24 hours, prompting international concern and calls for intervention from Colombian President Gustavo Petro.
