Naveed Iqbal

Naveed Iqbal is the District Emergency Officer (DEO) for Sialkot, Pakistan, who recently appealed to residents of low-lying areas near the Tawi and Chenab rivers to immediately relocate to safe places in response to the severe flooding caused by heavy monsoon rains and the release of water from Indian dams.
