Ndow
Ndow is a former employee of Rapid Security Company who joined the Banjul City Council (BCC) in February 2019. He has been scrutinized for millions in personal bank deposits during a commission investigation into the financial practices of local councils. Ndow was responsible for billing businesses for trade licences and admitted to having discretion in the invoicing process, which has raised concerns about transparency and accountability in public fund management.
