Nécer Alfonso Ramírez Lozano

Nécer Alfonso Ramírez Lozano, known by his alias 'Ganadero', is a prominent Paraguayan narco trafficker recently captured during a joint operation between Colombian and Paraguayan authorities. He was hiding out in a luxury hacienda in Purificación, Tolima, where he coordinated drug trafficking operations to the United States. Considered a key figure in the drug trade, he was the successor to another notorious trafficker, Reinaldo Javier Cabañas, and faces extradition to Paraguay for charges including drug trafficking and money laundering.
