Nehemiah Kiwa
Nehemiah Kiwa is the Chairman of the Bodaboda & Tuk-Tuk Transport Union in Kenya, advocating for the rights and recognition of over 2.5 million bodaboda riders. He has been vocal about the need for the government to acknowledge the economic contributions of riders, especially after their significant role as a voting bloc in the last election. Kiwa is now part of a new steering committee under the leadership of former Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko, working to address the challenges faced by the bodaboda sector, including funding for training and opposing regulations that could hinder their operations.
