Neicy Vargas

Neicy Vargas is a ninth-semester architecture student at the Universidad Franz Tamayo (Unifranz) in Santa Cruz, Bolivia, who played a key role in the Plan 3K Green project, which aims to create a sustainable urban plan for the rapidly growing Plan 3000 district.
