Nélida Elisei

Nélida Elisei, affectionately known as 'Beba', was a beloved retired special education teacher from General Cerri, Argentina. At 78 years old, she dedicated her life to teaching at local schools in Bahía Blanca and cherished her retirement years in her prefabricated home, where she enjoyed knitting, macramé, and cooking for her family. Tragically, she became one of the victims of the devastating floods on March 7, 2023, passing away in her home after being left alone during the emergency. Her family describes her as a warm and caring matriarch who brought joy to gatherings with her generous spirit and hearty meals.
