Nelly Peralta

Nelly Peralta, aged 75, was one of the three victims of a tragic bus accident involving a Paraguayan bus company, La Guaireña, in Brazil. She was the aunt of José Resquín, the mayor of Independencia, Paraguay, and her death has deeply affected her family and community.
