Nelson Federico Mora

Nelson Federico Mora is the Vice Minister of Education in Paraguay and the President of the National Council of Higher Education (Cones). He was in the news for delivering an inaugural lecture during the launch of the Master's in Public Management and Government at the Central University of Paraguay, where he shared his insights on public policy, educational innovation, and the importance of preparing professionals to meet the challenges of the public sector.
