Nelson Kessy

Nelson Kessy serves as the Head of the Public Relations and Communications Unit at the Public Procurement Appeals Authority (PPAA) in Tanzania. He recently advocated for the use of the Complaints and Appeals Module, integrated into the National e-Procurement System, to enhance transparency and efficiency in public procurement processes during the 10th Public Procurement Conference 2026.
