Nelson Vladimir Amaya-Benítez

A 26-year-old Salvadoran man who was deported from the United States in 2019 due to repeated criminal offenses, including alleged ties to the MS-13 gang, was recently apprehended by ICE agents in Gaithersburg, Maryland, after illegally re-entering the country.
