Neltje Maramis

Neltje Maramis is a grieving mother from Minahasa, North Sulawesi, whose daughter, Florencia Lolita, was a flight attendant on the ATR 42-500 aircraft that lost contact over Mount Bulusaraung. As she awaited news about her daughter's fate, Neltje traveled to Sam Ratulangi Airport to assist in the identification efforts for the victims of the tragic accident, while reflecting on her daughter's 14-year career in aviation.
