Néncer Alfonso Ramírez Lozano

Néncer Alfonso Ramírez Lozano, also known as 'El Ganadero', is a Paraguayan drug lord recently captured in Tolima, Colombia, where he was found hiding on a luxurious estate. He is considered a major player in the drug trafficking scene, coordinating large shipments of cocaine from Bolivia, Peru, and Colombia to Brazil and beyond, and is seen as the successor to notorious drug trafficker Reinaldo Javier Cabañas.
