Nerther Semphere Mgala

Dr. Nerther Semphere Mgala is the Principal Secretary for the Ministry of Gender, Community Development and Social Welfare in Malawi. She plays a crucial role in governmental policy-making, particularly in enhancing the operational framework for non-governmental organizations (NGOs) in Malawi. Recently, she has been at the forefront of a consultative meeting aimed at reviewing the 2019-2024 policy framework to improve networking, accountability, and the effective implementation of social programs.
