Néstor Cerpa Cartolini
Néstor Cerpa Cartolini was a prominent leader of the Movimiento Revolucionario Túpac Amaru (MRTA), a leftist guerrilla group in Peru. He was responsible for orchestrating the 1996 hostage crisis at the Japanese ambassador's residence in Lima, which ultimately led to the military operation Chavín de Huántar, where he and other members of the MRTA were killed.
