Néstor Suárez Moreira

Néstor Suárez Moreira is the president of the Barrio Rampla samba school, known for its green and red colors. Founded on February 9, 1989, the school has a storied history, being the most successful in carnival competitions with 20 championships, including eight consecutive wins from 2007 to 2014. This year, they are set to perform with a theme reflecting the strength of the indigenous people and their connection to the community.
