Neyza Hurtado is a Bolivian spiritual guide who, after being struck by lightning at the age of three, claims to have gained wisdom and the ability to see into the spiritual realm. She plays a crucial role in the Pachamama rituals, where she prepares offerings known as mesitas to honor Mother Earth.
