Ng Miss is the owner of Rainbow Pet Shop, a pet grooming and supply store in Shau Kei Wan, Hong Kong, which has been operating for approximately 20 years. Recently, she has adapted her business model to include a logistics partnership, becoming a self-pickup point for online shoppers, in response to the increasing trend of e-commerce. Although the retail sales of pet products have declined, she views this adaptation as a way to maintain visibility and attract foot traffic to her store, acknowledging the reality of consumer behavior shifting towards online purchases.
