Ngo Dinh Nhu
Ngo Dinh Nhu was a prominent political figure in South Vietnam, serving as the chief political advisor to his brother, President Ngo Dinh Diem, during the Vietnam War. He was influential in the administration of South Vietnam in the 1950s and early 1960s, but his controversial policies and actions, including the suppression of political dissent and the promotion of a Catholic agenda, contributed to his unpopularity. Nhu was assassinated in 1963 following a coup that ousted his brother.
