Ngọc Khuê

Ngọc Khuê, an 18-year-old employee at a local restaurant, found herself in a life-threatening situation during a devastating fire that broke out in the establishment where she worked. On the morning of December 5th, after being awakened by thick smoke and intense heat, Khuê bravely attempted to escape by jumping from the third floor, sustaining injuries in the process. She is currently receiving medical treatment for burns and smoke inhalation at Gia Định Hospital, along with another survivor.
