Nguyen Minh Khương

Colonel Nguyen Minh Khương serves as the Deputy Director of the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department under the Ministry of Public Security in Vietnam. He is leading a mission to Myanmar to provide earthquake relief assistance, bringing with him a team of experienced rescuers, including medical staff and trained rescue dogs. The team is equipped with essential supplies and equipment to aid in search and rescue operations following the devastating earthquake that struck central Myanmar on March 28, 2023.
