Nguyễn Ngọc Chinh

Nguyễn Ngọc Chinh is the Chairman of the People's Committee of Phước Đồng Commune in Nha Trang, Vietnam. He has recently been in the news for overseeing the removal of a barbed wire fence erected by the Hoàn Cầu Nha Trang Corporation, which was deemed to be obstructing public access to the beach and negatively impacting the local environment and aesthetics.
