Nguyễn Thị Ngọc Bích is a 35-year-old mother who, along with her husband and two children, narrowly escaped a horrific bus fire in Đồng Nai, Vietnam, that resulted in the deaths of seven people. Despite suffering burns, she courageously recounted the moments of panic and chaos as her family fought to escape the flames.
