Nguyễn Văn Út

Nguyễn Văn Út is the Chairman of the People's Committee of Đồng Nai Province in Vietnam. He has recently been in the news for proposing a special investment mechanism to facilitate the development of a metro line connecting Ho Chi Minh City with Đồng Nai, particularly targeting the Long Thành Airport and the provincial administrative center. This proposal aims to leverage public-private partnerships (PPP) to enhance urban development and transportation efficiency in the region.
