Ni Bing

Ni Bing is a Chinese politician born in March 1975, currently serving as a member of the Standing Committee of the Yangpu District Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Deputy District Mayor. He has a Master's degree in Law and is a member of the Communist Party. Ni Bing was in the news due to his nomination for a managerial position in a state-owned enterprise as part of the cadre selection process in Shanghai.
