Nicanor García

Nicanor García was recently in the news for being judicialized alongside his brother for the alleged killing of eight churucos monkeys in Barrancominas, Guainía. The brothers were apprehended by the National Navy while traveling by canoe on the Guaviare River, where authorities found the deceased monkeys along with a live turtle and an improvised shotgun.
