Nick Mulligan

Nick Mulligan is a retired inspector of An Garda Síochána who provided a testimonial in support of Trevor Bolger during his court proceedings. Mulligan, having known Bolger throughout his career, was called upon to attest to his character and contributions to the police force prior to the assault conviction.
