Nicky Ryan

Nicky Ryan was a renowned Irish music producer and sound engineer, best known for his pivotal role in shaping the sound of Enya, whose ethereal music gained international acclaim. He produced several of her successful albums, including the breakout 'Watermark' and 'Shepherd Moons.' In addition to his work with Enya, Ryan collaborated with notable Irish artists such as Clannad, Gary Moore, and Planxty. His unique approach to music production and attention to detail earned him a reputation as one of Ireland's all-time greats in the music industry. Sadly, Nicky Ryan passed away at the age of 79.
