Nicodemus

Nicodemus was a Pharisee and a member of the Jewish ruling council during the time of Jesus, known for his secretive visits to Jesus to seek understanding about His teachings. He is prominently featured in the New Testament, particularly in the Gospel of John, where he engages in a profound conversation with Jesus about spiritual rebirth. Despite the societal norms of his time, Nicodemus demonstrated courage by defending Jesus before the Sanhedrin and later assisting in His burial, showcasing the complexities of faith and belief in a challenging environment.
