Nicola Mace

Nicola Mace is a successful entrepreneur who co-founded the Sydney-based offshoring consulting business optiBPO in 2014, which was sold to the Australian cloud-based workforce firm Cloudstaff in early 2023. She has a background in consulting, having worked at major firms like EY and Deloitte in the early 2000s. Recently, Mace and her husband, former investment banker Paul Christie, made headlines for purchasing a $41 million mansion in Bellevue Hill and submitting a $12 million renovation application.
