Nicolae Simionescu

Nicolae Simionescu was a renowned Romanian biologist, recognized as the founder of the Romanian school of cellular biology. He served as a full member and vice-president of the Romanian Academy, contributing significantly to the advancement of biological sciences in Romania before his death in 1995.
