Nicolas Flament

Nicolas Flament is the newly elected president of the UMIH Menton Roya Riviera, known for his rapid ascent in the hospitality industry after transitioning from a successful banking career. Originally from Nancy, he and his wife Naïssy made a profound career change during the COVID-19 pandemic, moving to Menton with their two children to embrace a new lifestyle centered around hospitality. Flament has renovated several hotels in the region, emphasizing a unique, local aesthetic and has taken on significant roles in promoting the territory's tourism potential. He aims to enhance collaboration within the hospitality sector and tackle issues such as housing for seasonal workers and ecological sustainability.
