Nicolás Lema

Nicolás Lema is a Bolivian entrepreneur and co-founder of Impostor Milk, a company that produces plant-based milk alternatives in Bolivia. With a background in economics and finance, he was inspired to create a local solution to the paradox of Bolivia exporting raw almonds while importing processed almond milk. Under his leadership, Impostor Milk launched in 2022, offering various flavors of plant-based milk, and has grown to produce thousands of liters monthly while generating direct and indirect employment in the region.
