Nicolás Zepeda

Nicolás Zepeda is a Chilean student who gained international attention after being accused of the 2016 murder of his ex-girlfriend, Narumi Kurosaki, a Japanese national. He was initially sentenced to 28 years in prison; however, the French Supreme Court recently annulled this conviction due to procedural issues during the trial, allowing for a new trial to take place.
