Nicolette Jarrett

Nicolette Jarrett is a firefighter and homeowner who has been directly affected by the flooding caused by Hurricane Melissa. As one of the first residents to receive keys to her unit in Phase 2, she has invested significantly in home improvements but is now facing uncertainty about her future as construction has been paused and communication from the National Housing Trust has been inconsistent.
