Nie Changming

Nie Changming, born in September 1976, is a Chinese politician and member of the Communist Party. He holds a Master's degree in Public Administration and currently serves as the Vice Mayor of Puyang City. He has been proposed for a position as a member of the Standing Committee of a provincial city.
