Nihal Soysa

Nihal Soysa was a 58-year-old sub-inspector of police who tragically lost his life in a traffic accident involving a motorcycle he was riding and a bicycle carrying a couple in the Moranthuduwa area. The accident occurred on the evening of October 26, 2023, and resulted in Soysa being pronounced dead after being admitted to a local hospital, while the couple sustained serious injuries.
