Nikki Lilly

At just 20 years old, Nikki Lilly made headlines by walking the red carpet at the 78th Cannes Film Festival, where she represents a new generation of activists challenging norms around visibility and inclusion. Born in London in 2004, Nikki has been living with a rare condition known as arteriovenous malformation (AVM), which has led to more than 90 surgeries since her diagnosis at age six. She launched her YouTube channel at age eight to share her experiences with chronic illness, physical differences, and mental health, quickly amassing a community of millions. Nikki has received numerous accolades, including the BAFTA Special Award, making her the youngest recipient in history, and she actively advocates for equality and representation of visibly different individuals, working with organizations like Face Equality International and the UN.
