Nikolai Alekseevich Prilepin

Nikolai Alekseevich Prilepin is a retired agricultural manager and a dedicated resident of the village of Rodniki, located near Astana, Kazakhstan. Once the last manager of a local sovkhoz, he has witnessed the decline of agricultural productivity in the region and has been recognized for his hard work with multiple awards, including medals for labor valor.
