Nikolai Chernov

Nikolai Chernov was a construction curator involved in the development of major penitentiary projects in Russia, notably the Kresty prison complex. His death, which occurred as a result of a planned murder for which Sergey Moiseenko was later convicted, drew significant media attention to issues of corruption and violence within the penal system.
