Nikolai Moskalev

Nikolai Moskalev is a Belarusian public servant recently appointed as the director of the Palace of the Republic, succeeding Maxim Prikhodovsky amid a reshuffle in the government. Prior to this role, he served as the pro-rector of the Academy of Management and has a background in state service, including positions in the material and technical support department for the management of President Alexander Lukashenko. At 45 years old and originally from Khotimsk, Moskalev is married and has two daughters.
