Nikolaj Glusjkov
Nikolaj Glusjkov was a former deputy director of the Russian state airline Aeroflot who became a vocal critic of the Russian government. After seeking political asylum in the UK in 2010, he alleged that Aeroflot was being used to fund international espionage operations. Glusjkov was found dead in his London home in 2018 under suspicious circumstances, and his estate has since been involved in legal battles against Aeroflot to recover over nine million kroner. Recently, a Norwegian court placed a hold on two of Aeroflot's properties in Oslo as part of this ongoing dispute.
