Nikolaous Dimitriadis

Nikolaous Dimitriadis was a painter-builder who, along with his wife Kiriaky, purchased an iconic home in Seaforth, Sydney, in 1979 for $93,000. After knocking down the original structure, he enlisted architect Robert Blackmore to create a new grand residence that became a beloved family home filled with memories and gatherings.
