Nils Güggi

Nils Güggi is the Director of the Eidgenössische Stiftungsaufsicht (ESA), the Swiss Federal Supervisory Authority for Foundations. He has been at the helm since 2019, leading efforts to modernize and streamline the foundation oversight process in Switzerland, addressing bureaucratic inefficiencies and enhancing the authority's responsiveness to emerging issues within large charitable foundations.
