Nilsa Flores

Nilsa Flores is a former head of the regional office for the Secretariat of Childhood and Adolescence (Senaf) in Honduras. She has publicly expressed her belief that existing national laws are sufficient to protect children's rights, arguing against the need for additional international mechanisms like the Third Optional Protocol, and advocating for stronger enforcement of current laws to combat child exploitation.
