Nina Ojdanić

Nina Ojdanić is a judge in the Basic Court of Podgorica. She recently presided over a case involving Andrija Čađenović, where her ruling determined that he was not entitled to a severance payment after his tenure as director of 'Čistoća' ended, due to the invalidity of contract provisions that conflicted with labor laws.
