Nisar Ali is a 40-year-old fish vendor in Peshawar, known for his popular eatery at Namak Mandi, where he has successfully catered to the rising demand for grilled fish during the holy month of Ramazan. After transitioning to the fish business 20 years ago, he has created employment opportunities for three individuals and plays a significant role in the local fisheries sector, which employs nearly 200,000 people in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
