Nishant Agarwal

Nishant Agarwal is a former scientist at BrahMos Aerospace Limited, known for his involvement in a high-profile case regarding the alleged transmission of sensitive defense secrets to Pakistani intelligence operatives. Arrested in 2018, he was sentenced to 14 years in prison but was recently cleared of major charges under the Information Technology Act and the Official Secrets Act, although he was convicted for possession of official documents on personal devices and has already served his sentence.
