Nivedita Sinha

Nivedita Sinha, the daughter of Ashok Kumar Sinha, is also involved in a legal case concerning the illicit acquisition of wealth, which includes properties purchased under fraudulent circumstances using a Nepali citizenship she obtained. A court case has been filed against them for the forfeiture of assets totaling around 19 crore Nepali Rupees, as they are accused of engaging in unlawful transactions.
