Nkomba Maka Liliane

Nkomba Maka Liliane is the Vice-President of the Assemblée Provinciale du Haut-Rhin Katanga in the Democratic Republic of Congo. She recently led a delegation of parliamentarians to Burkina Faso to attend an international forum for women entrepreneurs, where they sought to learn from the experiences of Burkinabè parliamentary practices to improve their own governance and legislative effectiveness.
